Robert C. Bowman Jr.

Besides his over thirty years in the nationwide retail industry, both in management and in human resources, Robert has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. This spirit has included ownership of senior care facilities, a beauty shop, a vending business, a landscaping business and a railroad crossing business. 
David P. Foos
Attorney David Foos is a former California Superior Court Commissioner, Sacramento traffic court judge, public defender, and Legal Aid lawyer who has returned to the practice of law after nearly two decades on the bench.
After receiving his masters at UC Berkeley, David Foos attended the UC Hastings College of Law. Hastings is California’s first public law school having been established in 1878 by California’s first Chief Justice. It was not Hastings history that attracted Foos; it was the Over Sixty-Five Club.
Hastings had gathered a group of eminent jurists and scholars from the nation’s top law schools, many had been involuntarily retired at age 65. The Hastings Sixty-Five Club helped give Hastings one of the most distinguished faculties of any American law school.
Jesse Atwal
Attorney Jesse Atwal practice includes complex civil litigation, real estate law, business litigation and immigration and nationality law. Mr. Atwal also has the privilege of representing seriously injured clients throughout the entire spectrum of personal injury litigation. Since joining Bowman & Associates he has obtained several large settlements on behalf of injured clients.
Mr. Atwal has extensive experience in preparing, filing and tracking non-immigrant visa petitions (including B-1 visas, E-1, F-1, H-1B, J-1, and L-1 visas), PERM Labor Certification, administrative appeals in visa cases; writs of mandamus in Federal Court for long-delayed cases pending before the USCIS.
Along with his legal practice, Mr. Atwal is the managing partner of Atwal & Sons Farms, a peach, almond, and real estate development company.
Rachel Renno
Rachel Renno graduated with Honors from Humboldt State University in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Ms. Renno received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Renno was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2010.
Since joining the Law Offices of Bowman and Associates, Ms. Renno has devoted most of her time to civil litigation. Being a newer attorney Ms. Renno brings the enthusiasm and time to cases that Bowman and Associates believes every client deserves.
When she’s not practicing law you may find Ms. Renno spending time with her son Garrett or participating in community service. Her love for people extends beyond the doors of our law office!
