Construction Worker Hit by Drunk Driver Finalizes Settlement
A Pennsylvania construction worker who was hit and rendered a paraplegic by a drunk driver settled his case for $70 million on December 13th. The worker was directing traffic on the side of the road when the drunk driver came barreling down the shoulder at a speed of 40 miles per hour. The driver hit the Plaintiff and threw him over 100 feet.
