Widow of Actor David Carradine Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit
The wife of the late actor David Carradine, filed a wrongful death lawsuit one year after her husband died from accidental asphyxiation. According to the lawsuit, the movie production company of the movie her husband was filming at the time of his death, should have not left Carradine unattended during filming. Apparently, the movie studio had assigned Carradine a personal assistant to ensure he was taken care of during the movie shoot. On the night of his death the personal assistant was unable to be with Carradine. Later than night the actor was later found dead in his hotel room.
