Oklahoma Nursing Home Faces Multiple Safety Violations

An Oklahoma nursing home as been cited for safety and health violations by the Oklahoma Department of Health. According to the Department, issues of cleanliness and the overall the safety and care of patients were found at the Mustang Manor Assisted Living Center. This is not the first time the nursing home has been cited for violations. Over the past two years, the home has been fined over $35,000 for violations by the Health Department, including allegations of malnutrition and abuse. Complaints over the nursing home have not been limited to just patient care. Criminal complaints have also been charged against the home for embezzlement of patient’s funds.
